4.0The hotel looks good in pictures but is quite dated. The AC and WiFi barely worked. The beds were hard as a rock. The bedding was dirty. Housekeeping did not replace the towels. Pool is small and crowded. I would not recommend

4.0Some issues with the family room. We specifically chose the hotel because of air conditioning but it didn’t work properly through our stay and temperature didn’t get below 27 in the room. Shower was poor. Flow was poor and spray was inconsistent. Phone in room didn’t work so back and for to reception (we were on second floor). Only one chair on balcony. On day one chap came to give us some glasses (there was only one but said he didn’t have time to get a chair. Day two reception said there wasn’t a second chair for balcony in the hotel! They came to sort air on but didn’t. Buffet breakfast was ok but queued
