5.0− You could have not given away my room with 2 queen beds for a family of 4. When asked for my arrival time I put between midnight and 1AM. I pulled in at 1:03 and my room was already gone.

− Shower was terrible. Water didn't drain. Had water up to my ankles before I was finished with the shower.
