− O hotel é muito cara para o que entrega, principalmente os restaurantes e as opções adicionais, chega a ser um absurdo.
Beautiful luxury stay
9.0Beautiful, well kept resort. The grounds and views are stunning. Would highly recommend the wine tasting. The junior suite was lovely with a large bathroom and terrace.
− Food was amazing but on the expensive side- similar to drinks. The breakfast selection is quite limited, their hot food was A La Carte and charged per item, even though our rate was B&B. The suite is very spacious and comfortable, although the decor did not quite match the rest of the building such as the bright red headboard and oddly coloured furnishings.

− Restaurant: eten is overpriced en niet op het niveau voor een 5 sterren hotel. En ook de communicatie tussen keuken en zaal liep fout.

− I got really disappointed with some things I believed I would not find in a 5* hotel. The maintenance of the property, was way far from what I expected. The cleanliness of the room was bad. The breakfast was included but they charging 17 euros for plain pancakes. They charges, 40 euros (!!) per day to charge your car. I’ve been traveling for the whole Tuscany, for 9 days and this hotel was the only that charged me this.
