8.0The views of the ocean from the lobby, dining room and rooftop pool were fantastic!
− Found a few dead coacroaches that probably came through the small bathroom window since it was slightly open. The distance the end of bed to opposite was very narrow maybe less than two feet. Very small bottles of shampoo and no place in bathroom to place personal hygiene items. Lastly, the air conditioning unit rattled when fully functioning, but other than that I would return due to the location, hotel parking and friendly staff!

9.0El personal es amable y servicial, atento en todo momento, la habitación impecable, sin olores raros, está muy bien ubicado, puedes ir caminando a varios puntos de interés como la plazuela Machado, la plaza Taboada, y varios museos, la playa queda enfrente, la terraza en el piso 11 tiene vista 360 grados de Mazatlan, es espectacular.
− La habitación tenía vista al mar, Pero las ventanas estaban algo sucias por fuera y no se apreciaba bien, el equipo de aire acondicionado es algo viejo, no enfría bien y hace ruido.
