− El hotel está muy deteriorado, creo que le falta una renovación, las camas ya están muy usadas, las sillas, reposeras en mala calidad

1.0Localização e atendimento de alguns funcionários gentis
− Reservei um apartamento vista mar e me colocaram em um quarto super barulhento, bem em cima da cozinha, praticamente dentro da coifa! Depois de muita insistência minha para sair mudar de quarto me ofereceram um downgrade sem qualquer tipo de reparação.

− El checking nos llevó bastante tiempo. Y algo que nos pasó dentro del hotel, que mi hijo se olvidó sus chinelas nuevas en la pileta y desaparecieron nadie sabía nada no nos ayudaron para buscarlas ni nada.

− O hotel é muito bem localizado e tem boas instalações. No entanto, o serviço prestado por alguns funcionários foi extremamente anti-profissional e descortês. Em especial um funcionário chamado "EMERSON" que se identificou como "gerente". No momento do check-out, chegamos com 30 min de antecedência para evitar atrasos no aeroporto. Passamos mais de 1h na fila (15min foram perdidos para acharem troco de R$1 para uma cliente, atrasando toda a fila). Ao reclamar, o "EMERSON" respondeu de maneira extremamente grosseira e mal-educada que "se quisesse sair cedo que chegasse cedo". Respondi à altura e o mesmo ainda respondeu aos berros que eu não tinha educação. Pelo alto investimento e pelo péssimo acolhimento, definitivamente não recomendo.

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information.
