6.0Rooms were clean, bathrooms are old and have some mold see photos. Staff were excellent but the hotel is in dire need of update. And for 4 stars I expect amenities they didn’t have here.

8.0Good comfortable rooms with older style furniture, which we did not mind. Staff excellent. Everyone did their best to help us with things. From the staff at reception, bar and also cleaners. We will definitely return to the hotel.

10.0Clean, attentive staffs, convenient, have parking hard to find but just left side of the entrance says parking. We are lucky we parked just beside the hotel free.

8.0Reception was a nice area and staff were friendly and helpful. Auto check out by WhatsApp link was easy, if non editable. Room was a reasonable size with a king size bed and stocked fridge, but the mattress was hard. Shower over bath was good, but very difficult to get in/out of. Parking under hotel good and €12/day. Hotel is out of town and it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the Cathedral square.
