From Valet to departure
10.0The Piccolo Hotel and PR Inn were a fabulous experience while visiting Psao Robles concert fair. Shuttle services were superb
Had I known beforehand, would have gone elsewhere.
3.0Bath room was ok. Beds were comfortable. Location good.
− No chairs or sofa to sit down. Price was at least double what would be considered good value. No restaurant because of construction all around the property which also made parking challenging.
Relaxing and enjoyable
10.0We go back every single year and the location and the staff and the beautiful grounds and the personnel keep us coming back. On this particular trip, we were helped out by Jordan, who made our visit special and exceptional, with a handwritten note and some goodies awaiting in the room. She went above and beyond and making our visit exceptional she is a true customer service ambassador. We appreciate appreciated her so much.
