4.0− Hello, After my recent stay I had a few issues I would like to address. I am an IHG member and I stay at your resorts at least 1-2 times a year. After a long flight and feeling sick, I went to check in with my husband young 3 kids and was told I needed to pay a $50 fee in order to use any facilities or even walking through to get to the beach because we arrived at 2pm. At 4:15 I went back to check in and it was an hour wait to get seen. At this point I wasn’t feeling well and expressed the urgency to get to my room and at this point your representatives expressed no concern and were not accommodating all. We also stayed by the pool one day and were evacuated due to lighting, after 1 hour the pool reopened with sunny skies however after being let back in your slide stayed closed for the remainder of the day with no reason why or explanation . We picked this hotel because of the slide specifically. We were then asked to participate in a time share multiple times. we wouldn’t have considered it if we were accommodated better or if the staff was nicer. We come to your facilities often and would like to continue to do so but we’re very taken back by your service. This is my first time voicing my opinion as j am not a complainer however I have a certain level of expectations when staying at the holiday inn resorts.
Nice place. No towels left a bad taste. Every other resort we have ever stayed at gave you towels,
