− Swimming pool was out of order, breakfast was inconsistent, staff were inconsistent friendly.

8.0We needed hairdryer for the room,as my. Wife has very long hair. I went to the man on duty. Spanish named Ramarousy. He couldn't get one I asked him just to get one from an unretentd room close by. He said that couldn't do that. So I just dropped it. I felt like he should tried harder both times he was outside smoking and on Cellphone. He was very nice 👍 though. But. He should hv taken care of customer. We were on the bottom floor. Nathan jones.

− Shower was dirty . No conditioner or body wash both bottles empty in shower. Pool was closed which if I had known that I would have stayed elsewhere

− At day 3, no housekeeping, had to go go downstairs to ask the front desk for new towels. Dark suites, didn't feel clean
