10.0The receptionist Gabriela was outstanding. Valet parking was also very good. Room was immaculate. Breakfast was very good.
Nice, clean, safe hotel on Whyte. Everything you need.
8.0Great location on Whyte, felt safe and central. Clean and comfortable beds. 20 min walk to kinsmen park and so close to restaurants, shopping etc . Great free breakfast in the morning, nice atmosphere.
− Can't think of much except it's an older hotel so the exterior didn't appear incredibly immaculate but it was very clean. Small room. No underground parking but you can park free on the street in the evenings or the hotel will valet for a fee.
Overall our stay was very good.
10.0The location was central to the old town trendy neighborhood, good restaurants, craft ice cream shops, etc.
− The Air conditioning system could use an upgrade.
Staff were super accommodating and friendly , made you feel at home.
