Overall the stay was peaceful and property was well maintained.
9.0− I would have preferred a direct mail with location and apartment details. I never thought I need to click on the picture of the property to find the details. It was a bit confusing for me and led to a stressful start if my holiday. Once in the property things were fine except for the water problem for few hrs.

7.0The room had many facilities plus more. Very comfortable.
− The first 3 aren't necessilarily dislikes 1. Leaky shower in the laundry 2. partially blocked drain in the ensuite sink 3. unmopped floors The real dislike and annoyance was the neighbours next door; 4. Most of all, we disliked extremely noisy next door neighbours who eeah day filled their bins with bottles at 9pm and 6am and at 6am each morning, slammed their car doors and the boot lid of their car, 25 tines each morning.
