7.0Místo B&B Al Ponte jsme byli umístěni do hotelu Volta, který je kousek dál na stejné ulici. Pokoj byl čistý, postele pohodlné a koupelna také pěkná. Se snídaní jsme také byli spokojení. Na výběr bylo z pečiva, ovoce, kávy, čaje, džusů atd.
− Při check-inu došlo k menšímu nedorozumění. Dostal jsem předem zprávu, že na check-in se máme dostavit do hotelu Volta, ale myslel jsem, že ubytování přesto budeme v B&B Al Ponte. Šli jsme tedy po check-inu právě tam a museli jsme se potom vracet. Moc nechápu, proč nás slečna na recepci nijak neupozornila, že jdeme špatně. Kromě toho nám tolik nevyhovovala lokalita hotelu, který je dost daleko od centra a intervaly autobusů byly během víkendu půlhodinové až hodinové

5.0Ich hatte eine Unterkunft gebucht, aber bei meiner Ankunft habe ich eine anderer Unterkunft bekommen ,. Es war nicht die Unterkunft und nicht die Adresse, die ich Über Airbnb gebucht hatte,sonder ein anderes Hotel an einer anderen Adresse,
− Dadurch gab es zunächst einige Probleme und Missverständnisse, später konnte die Situation geklärt werden und am Ende war alles in ordnung
