8.0Best thing is location followed by the property grounds (landscape, pool, grills, and gym). Unfortunately, our one bed unit had a small bedroom with even smaller on suite bath. I think it was remodeled (converting one bath into two). The condo was a good size with ocean and mountain views from lani. Our unit could really use some new living room furniture. The couch was very uncomfortable. They said we could check in early but should have utilized the time to better prepare unit for next guests. Generally clean but there was sand and mold build up in showers. Nice, quiet, and on the beach.

10.0The property is well maintained, the only negative is that the air conditioner and fans can be quite noisy. However for the space and amenities it is excellent value.
