10.0I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well taken care of. The place was cozy, convenient, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. You can really feel the care and attention to detail. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended! ⭐️
Disappointing
3.0The lady on staff was very friendly. She showed us to our room and showed us a place for some refreshment which was nice.
− The room looked old and well used. There were lots of marks on the walls and around the room; definitely in need of a refresh. The room was cleanish but could have used a deep clean. The bed was the cleanest part of the room thankfully. I don’t know if the pictures are from when the room was first made but the room had considerable more wear and was disappointing upon arrival. To get to the room, you had to go up several flights and the elevator was antique and kind of scary. The room had an air conditioner which kept the room cool but when we got there, it was not turned on so the room was quite hot, and we had to wait for it to cool down. We also were supposed to stay 2 nights in two different rooms. We missed the first night in the room I’m reviewing due to a cancelled flight and only got to stay in the brown bed room at the end of our trip. We asked as soon as we knew to see if they would accommodate any sort of refund, anything to help, but they charged us 100%. I know they don’t owe this to us but it would have been nice to have a more accommodating and understanding property especially since we had another night booked with them. The area around Roma Termini was kind of ghetto so maybe that’s just how accommodations are near the train station? It was convenient being close to the train station, but I probably would find something in a nicer part of the city if I go back.
