STAY ONE NIGHT PAY FOR TWO?
6.0Well they have you sign bunch of papers and you dont understand what he is saying to you since talks so fast and English not first language then take additional $100 from credit card that will be returned. They never returned mine for what reason I have none nor was I sent anything explaining why it wasn't returned. I did nothing but spend the night quietly by myself.

2.0the front desk clerk the gentleman was very nasty and rude..check in time was 3.00 how ever he don't know how to do the check in we was check in by 3:45. I asked for a room on the first floor he lied and said he did'nt have one because my husband can't do steps because they don't have elevators. We really had a very bad stay there.
That hotel is a scam!!!
2.0I went to check in the hotel already having paid for it online and I get there and they tell me I never paid and that I need to pay again. They were saying that they don’t take payment online and only when you are there 0/10 will never go there again. I’ve already reached out to my credit car company to get my money back and I’d like a response from you guys aswell to get this all sorted out.

4.0The bed was nice and clean. I could barely understand the check in attendant. The building was not well maintained (stains, cracks, loose fittings, crumbling driveways). It all look abandoned. And the room had a strong smell of either disinfectant or cheap freshener. Website information was inaccurate. In some places in Travelocity, the town is Penns Grove, in reality, the town is Carneys Point. Check out time in the lobby was 11:00 AM, in the room it was 12:00 PM
