10.0For my short stay it was perfect. A little dated but great value for money and a great location. It was clean and functional and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again

8.0Great value: we were kindly upgraded to a one bedroom pool side room. Lots of accommodation in Byron Bay that is quite expensive but location does not warrant the price, this ticks all the boxes. Look forward to staying here again.
− If I had to mention anything at all - while interiors were more renovated than I thought, it is slightly older and the shower could be improved. Because it’s a hot and cold water taps, it took more time trying to get the desired temp than with one tap.

The property does not accept guests under the age of 21. No parties and no unpaid guests at any time.
Quiet hours start at 22:00 including the balcony. Zero-tolerance noise policy: if management or security is required to visit you due to noise complaints or anti-social behavior, call out fees will apply. A second incidence will result in eviction without a refund.
Room access: Guests agree to grant staff, security, and emergency personnel immediate access inside the room in the event of safety concerns, noise complaints, repairs &, maintenance, suspected illegal drug use, or disruptive behavior.
