− The spa was cold. Pool bar staff were very rude. Breakfast was disorganized. Snorkelling was not that good. Having more than 2 people in a room was difficult for staff to comprehend and provide service.

8.0Location is stunning. Right on the reef and access to many water activities.
− Although staff were pleasant and friendly when approached, they made no effort to go out of their way to help or try to help if needed. I would not recommend the A la carte restaurant- food took forever, plenty of staff but none that seemed to want to serve as most tables included ours continually tried to get drink service and were left waiting.
