Charter flight package deal
2.0I went to the Borgata on a charter flight as a package that they offer. I had a very bad experience with one of their employees, he was extremely rude and ruined our entire trip. Be VERY VERY careful when booking these packages. We were had been getting flyers for months stating that ny husband would have $600.00 in freeplay. When we went to the kiosk he only had $100.00. We booked May 1st and when we booked the agent failed to tell us that the $600.00 freeplay would not carry over to I July. This is partially my fault because I should have asked. My problem with this whole situation was with how it was handled when I approached a middle aged man with brown hair at the front desk (same person who gave us our room key) he was extremely rude and made it seem like I was lying to get freeplay. This man was so rude that he made me cry and didn't even try to make the situation right, instead made me feel like a complete looser. My husband and I do very well for ourselves and didnt need the freeplay, however. It was the principle of the situation. We stayed at the Beau Rivage in MIssissippi in April and had the best experience ever, so I couldn't wait to go to the Borgatta, I was so excited and it just ended up being literally the worst trip I have ever taken. I will say, we did have a good time at Harrahs and The Ocean nearby. I will most likely never visit this area again but if I were too, I would 100% stay at one of those resorts. The Ocean was beautiful and Harrahs was just good vibes with good customer service and we seemed to come out ahead there.

10.0My husband and I were pleasantly impressed with the hotel casino & spa upon arrival. It smelled good, the staff were all personable, the room was clean, spacious and beautiful!! It was the perfect way to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary!!! Our dinner at American Bar & Grille was delicious, spending the day at the boardwalk was absolutely perfect. A time was definitely had😊🤭🥂🎰🎊❤️
Borgata King Fiore Suite
8.0Been visiting Borgata for years. Suite was clean and spacious as always. Air conditioner worked however for this visit our room was humid and the bed sheets felt damp. Additionally, bed was uncomfortable, hard with no cushion to it at all.
