7.0Staff lovely Cleaning ir rather dusting of room seemes scarce although i do appreciate we were in the room at 9am the kitchen area needed a damp cloth to clean through the microwave . Clean down the cupboards n we had lots of dust in the room corners collecting but it was generally of a good standard . Wash bottles in shower area fell off and were not attended . The floors in batthroom under sink dusty n air con vents very dusty. . Again all small things n did not make me feel too uncomfortable as the staff were kind very hard working people and the hotel was full. Overral we still had a good experience.

− Tout le monde fait la gueule! Au check in, on ne vous regarde pas dans les yeux et on grogne plutôt qu’on parle. Au petit déjeuner, pas un sourire de la pet des serveurs qui ne comprenne rien à la commande en plus. Fenêtres des chambres très mal insonorisees : on entend le moindre bruit de rue. Climatisation ultra bruyante.
