A decent option at a fair price
7.0Room was large for NYC with plenty of room for luggage, and a full length mirror which I always appreciate. The hotel had nice common areas. The rooftop bar and views were nice. Staff were all friendly. Location is good - walking distance to Grand Central, and walkable or an easy subway ride to everywhere we wanted to go.
− Despite its size, our room had only one bedside table. The lighting wasn’t great, and the room felt a bit drab, dark and dingy. We were on the second floor with frosted glass windows which likely added to the overall drab feeling. Rooms could use a refresh.
Excellent location and great place to stay in NYC
9.0Great location, big space, great amenities and restaurants. The staff was nice and very helpful. Most of all, we liked that they cleaned the room everyday. Most hotels don’t do that anymore. It was nice to come home everyday with fresh towels, a made bed, and the trash take away.
