− Cleanliness, room odors, lobby cleanliness. Noise of doors slamming , too much smoke smell in and around property.
Won't be back until the elevator is fixed. We are elderly, have arthritis and surgery and luggage is

The eggs weren't real eggs.They tasted like powdered eggs and they were not hot. the sausage was tasteless, The coffee was very strong and cream and sugar didn't help improve the taste. take the butter out of the fridge before customers eat so that it will spread on the toast, English Muffins and bagels.And please have jelly and/or cream cheese available.
