8.0Room had all new furniture, very clean . Bed clean and comfortable . Bathroom clean but dated . Towels clean, yellowish not white . Hallway to the room had some slight smell, maybe because of increased humidity , no smell in the room. Noisy overnight from people talking in the hallway , opening and closing doors. Could hear guest coughing all night in next room . Very convenient location , right off exit .

4.0The property was just fine. The staff was polite and friendly. I had reserved a King Room, and upon entering the room I was given, I was completely disappointed when I found 2 double beds. When I brought this to the desk clerk's attention, he said there were no King Rooms available. If the room I reserved was not available, why was I not informed prior to my arrival? I would have made other plans. On an anniversary trip, my husband and I had to sleep separately. After using Orbitz for over 20 years, I'm wondering if reservations through this organization can be trusted.
Basic, but comfortable
8.0The room was clean, and reasonably comfortable. The staff was excellent and accommodating. Unfortunately, the bathtub was clogged, and that problem was not addressed while we were there.

6.0Stayed two nights, room was clean, room wasn't made the following day... Came back with the beds not made. Also no additional towels the following day either. Not happy however it could have been worse.
