Great Location, But Disappointing Stay
4.0We did not have a pleasant stay at this hotel. While the location is excellent, several issues made our experience uncomfortable. Some of the staff were rude, the AC in our room was not functioning properly, and the complimentary water bottles included in the package were not provided. Additionally, the curtain in the room was not properly fitted, which affected our comfort. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations and the service quality needs improvement.
