8.0Excellent location right near the harbor in Marsaxlokk. Lots of good food options close by, including a grocery store and pharmacy right across the street. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast area/lounge on the top floor is a lovely place to watch the sunrise/set. Breakfast is only available if you order the day before, so we were not able to try it as we only stayed for 2 nights. The owner/staff are very friendly and welcoming but not there after business hours. They were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, but I'm not sure how easy it would be to do a late check in because of this.

8.0The place is clean and a block by the main square and the water front where all the restaurants and bars are. Kitty corner to the hotel is a grocery store so you can grab a cheaper bite to eat or some water. You have to clamber up ten stairs to get to the main door. When I arrived the staff communicated to me via text message and informed me to ring the bell and my key card would be at the front desk. The room was clean and spacious enough for my purposes.
