10.0The whole apartment. It was very neat, beds were comfy? Tv with favourite channels. The hot tub was an additional experience.

Wij zijn vertrokken en hebben een ander hotel geboekt.
2.0Niets.
− We hadden een paar dagen tevoren dit hotel met restaurant en bar besproken. Bij aankomst was het hotel dicht. Na enige tijd bellen kregen we iemand van het hotel aan de lijn. De sleutel konden we ophalen bij een medewerker van de supermarkt. De medewerker wees ons onze kamer en ontbijtruimte. We moesten de volgend dag ons zelf maar redden. Het brood lag al klaar onder een grote stolp. De andere spullen lagen al klaar en we konden zelf koffie zetten en koele dranken lagen in de koelkast. De volgende morgen zou er niemand van het hotel komen. We waren de enigste gasten. De bar was op maandag dicht en het restaurant was definitief gesloten. De dag van aankomst kregen we een mail dat bar en restaurant gesloten was. Als we dit van tevoren wisten hadden we niet geboekt! We hebben de sleutel weer bij de medewerker van de supermarkt ingeleverd en zijn gegaan. We hebben contact opgenomen met Booking.com en daar onze klacht neergelegd.
