10.0We had a fantastic stay at Karst Villas Phong Nha. The entire experience was incredibly relaxing, surrounded by beautiful, peaceful scenery.The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Another major highlight was the food. The property offers an extensive menu with excellent quality dishes, meaning we never had to worry about finding a great meal.We highly recommend this wonderful property to anyone visiting Phong Nha!
Some things to improve, but comfortable.
6.0Good varied options for breakfast. The place is peaceful.
− Swimming pool isn't too clean. Algues might stain your swim suit. Air conditioning inside the room lacks power, is too old and noisy. Our room shared a balcony with the neighbour's room.

10.0It was by far the best communication before arriving and help during the stay. We had been travelling around - stayed in 5 stars hotel and this stay was by far the most relaxed joyful place to stay. We had Villa 4 and a double room. The villa is amazing. The staff - all of them - outstanding was Olivia. Helping us nonstop. Making us having the best stay ever. Breakfast was lovely - so much food and care. The pool was big and e pearl to be in. We would have stayed did our journey not make us have to continue. Can only recommend this place.
− There is a new building in front taken some of the view but it is still the best place to be. The Airconditions can be noisy.

10.0Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Unser Bungalow war sehr schön, sauber und bot eine tolle Aussicht. Das gesamte Personal war aussergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, alle unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei Drang, die für unseren Sohn sogar einen Geburtstagskuchen organisiert hat – eine wunderschöne und sehr gelungene Überraschung. Das Frühstück war lecker, der Pool mit seiner schönen Aussicht lud zum Entspannen ein, und die gesamte Anlage war ruhig und angenehm. Wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
