4.0Room was clean. Slept well...very comfy. Liked the fact that there's a whole leisure facility in a building just 20 second walk away. Scenery was nice and offers a nice walk-around as its close to the beach.
− Staff promised the function room (for a birthday party) and events would be a certain way. I ran this by the banquet manager TWICE...IN PERSON. They were not at all like that on the day. Drinks and good were very overpriced. Portions were just normal (for the price). Room had no air-con and weather was 25-29 outside. No problem...just open the window in the room....you can...just!...the window opened at the top about 5inches. Bathroom was very very basic. Expected more for the cost of the room. Party of 8 at one time....in the restaurant one day, we ordered food after drinks.....food took close to one hour to get it. Unfortunately, my credit card payment went through instantly and sufferred no such problems when they were taking my money!
