Our “go to” hotel in Montréal.
10.0Welcoming and very competent staff throughout the property. Very well appointed and comfortable rooms and a top restaurant make this a top choice in Montréal.
− The continental breakfast was a presented in a novel fashion, but was a bit lacking…
Two rooms, two different experiences, overall satisfied
7.0Great location and staff, beautiful building and facilities. We booked 2 rooms and had 2 different experiences. The deluxe queen room was wonderful.
− The second room booked was the standard queen room however we were provided a room with a Murphy bed that had a broken frame. While we were very disappointed, hotel management did what they could to accommodate us for the inadequate sleeping conditions. Hopefully they fix or replace the frame and advertise the room appropriately and at a reduced price for the Murphy bed so future customers have the right expectation.
