Disappointed in the accommodations and care of staff.
3.0The location as perfect—close to our rafting tour meet site and the rodeo.
− There was no smoke detector in the room—it had been disconnected and no replacement. When we talked to the staff member at the desk about it, she told us we should be more concerned about flooding than fires. There was also a stain on the bed sheet—looked like maybe a blueberry stain? And the bathtub drain didn’t drain unless you held down the toggle with your foot while you were showering.

− when I pulled in and registered, it was 96° outside. I walked in and turned the air-conditioning on and there was none. It just blew warm air. I went to the front desk and complained. She came up and played with the air conditioner and said that’s as good as it’s gonna get no offer to change rooms. Nothing I would never stay there again and they need to fire the front desk help
