A Great Experience
10.0I enjoyed my stay at the Omni! The hotel was very clean, the staff welcoming/friendly, the food was delicious and my enjoyed all of the pools that are on the property. I will definitely be returning in the future.
July work/family trip
10.0I came here for a conference for work and my family also came. The hotel itself is gorgeous. The room was two queen beds and a big bathroom. It was cleaned everyday which was great. They allowed my husband to check in early as he and our son were on an earlier flight than I was, which was a plus. I was surprised at how quiet it was at night. (Not complaining! Ha) I brought a water bottle from home for the pool to refill water! They had yummy, fruit infused water in the lobby. The pool was great! Wave pool, lazy river, all of it was fantastic. My 13yo son had a blast. Esp with the basketball hoop. It was easy to get chairs by the pool. Crocs was great and had good drinks. I did not eat the food from there. The deli inside was great as well. Lots of coffee options too. The golf course was enormous. I ran around the course early in the mornings as it got too hot after 8am! We ate at Trevi our last night and it was very good. Had a drink outside for a night cap at the outside bar. Closed early but that’s okay! We went off hotel grounds for dinner. Tons of options. We mini golfed and walked to the driving range which was huge! Also went to David’s out last night for a drink and it was amazing. All employees were very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much!

10.0Our experience at the Omni Championsgate was uplifted by the kind and attentive nature of staff we encountered throughout our stay. Leo, Benjamin, and Laney from Croc’s were delightful! We chose to return there day after day! Delicious food, large portions, and attentive staff were highlights at both David’s and Zen. The staff at the adults only pool consistently checked in with a smile despite the Orlando heat. The grounds, amenities, and rooms were definitely on point. The people at Omni Championsgate made our stay top notch as their consistent smiles, pleasant personalities, and attentive tendencies had us feeling as if we were the only ones there. Bravo!
Best GF and Best Service
10.0We've been here several times since our arrival. This is a wonderful restaurant and wonderful experience. Specifically, Dawn L and Sri take very good care of us each time we enjoy Trevi's. Both employees welcome us by name and remembered our preferences. I am gluten-free and celiac and the restaurant is safe for me to eat in. With some of the best gluten free food I've had. The employees take very good care of me. Special shout out to Dawn L and Sri.

10.0We have stayed at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate multiple times, and one of the biggest reasons we continue to return is the exceptional people who make every stay feel special. Laura Roman and Thaddeus Hoffmann, the Loyalty Ambassadors, consistently go above and beyond to make us feel genuinely valued and appreciated. From the moment we arrive until after we’ve returned home, their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail are second to none. They truly care about their guests and always make our stays memorable. We also want to recognize Diego and Manny at David’s Club. Every time we dine there, they provide outstanding service with warm personalities, genuine hospitality, and attention to every detail. They always go above and beyond to ensure we have an excellent dining experience, and it’s clear they take great pride in what they do. The resort itself is beautiful, but it’s the people who make it exceptional. Laura, Thaddeus, Diego, and Manny are tremendous assets to Omni and are a major reason we remain loyal guests.
