1.0The bed was clean.
− SPECIFICALLY booked a nice hotel for a pool for my son to enjoy but they don’t even have one. Was told to go next door to “Residents Inn” to use their pool, we walked over there but was told “pool is closed because it needs to be inspected.” & BTW breakfast isn’t even included. You have to pay for it they said. FALSE advertisement, please take off the amenities! & out of all rooms she gave us a room next to the Mechanic room + handicap room (which we don’t need.) So we have to sleep with the machine noise buzzing all night.

− The pull out couch/bed had no sheets and when asked the front desk to have someone come up to make the bed, they said no one can come up. Toilet also backed up.
