This hotel is total scam!
2.0This hotel is total scam! We booked two nights for our upcoming trip to Brazil in spring. No prepayment has been needed. The hotel charged our credit card 3 times more than the booking amount without any explanations! We tried to contact them to get some explanation but they did not care at all and ignored our messages. After this we decided to cancel this booking, they did not refund us the money, however there was still free cancellation terms. They are scammers! Be aware!

8.0Hotel antigo mas o quarto e de bom tamanho e estava bem limpo. Cama ok. Café bom mas pode melhorar ainda mais para quem vai ficar mais dias. Bem em frente ao metrô Moema, bons restaurantes nas imediações.

10.0Cama muito confortável. A recepção só liberou o check-in EXATAMENTE às 14h. Não adiantou chegar antes. Mas… estava nas regras.

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in.
