10.0Conrad is exceptional. This is probably one of the best resorts we’ve ever stayed at. The attention to detail is second to none. Our concierge Christian was just amazing - he’s always just one message away, and he gets things done. He made our stay so much more convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

6.0I do enjoy the view and atmosphere there but as diamond plus Amex member I didn’t really get any member benefits there. I wasn’t able to check in early nor check out late.

10.0We have been to the Conrad 3 times now and we love it. Staff are all friendly. Special shout oit to Bonarte, manager of the beach area. He always looks after us, and credit to Conrad.
− Need a bit more variety of fruit and Asian dishes at breakfast. Soup noodles had limited options.A few issues with our room when we arrived. Not taken to the room, we had to go ourselves. We brought some guests and they provided them with a better room than us. These are fine details that make a difference.
Outstanding Hospitality, Integrity, and Service
10.0Our stay at Conrad Bali was exceptional from beginning to end. The resort is beautiful, the grounds are immaculate, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. What truly sets Conrad Bali apart, however, is its people. Even before we arrived, we received extraordinary assistance from the Reservations team. I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Wiwik, Ms. Yanti, Ms. Parahita, and Ms. Aurora for their patience, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. We had several reservation changes and special requests, and they handled every detail with warmth, efficiency, and genuine care. They made us feel like valued guests before we even checked in. One experience, in particular, reflects the character of this hotel. On the morning of our departure, I intentionally left a cash gratuity for the Housekeeping Team. Believing I had accidentally forgotten the money, they left a handwritten note asking me to place it safely in the room’s deposit box. Their honesty and integrity were deeply touching. When I later explained that the money was intended as a thank-you for their wonderful service, I was even more impressed by their professionalism and character. Experiences like this cannot be taught overnight—they reflect a culture of excellence. General Manager Marco Neukom and his leadership team have clearly created an environment where genuine hospitality, integrity, and kindness are part of the guest experience every day. My fiancé, my son, and I left Conrad Bali with wonderful memories and deep appreciation for everyone who made our stay so special. We look forward to returning and highly recommend Conrad Bali to anyone visiting Bali.
