10.0The property is amazing, especially as it was going through renovation. Overall it’s a great stay so I wouldn’t deduct the overall stay due to the renovations.

− The property was under construction so there was a lot of dust. Other than that, it was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was 👍

2.0location was important otherwise would have cancelled
− we found ourselves in the middle of major renovation - they were nearing floors down, placing new floors, walls were stripped off, the buffet was not accessible, the hotel continued to function without warning to incoming guests. All days - in the middle of remodeling. Dust everywhere. elevators not working. And no refunds or discounts. there is first for everything - this was our first terrible experience.
Beautiful property and exciting transformation taking place
10.0Beautiful hotel to begin with, and it’s currently undergoing a full renovation that’s moving impressively fast. You can really see the progress happening in real time, which makes it exciting to come back and see what’s next. I attended an event here and was pleasantly surprised by the food—great presentation and quality (adding a photo because it speaks for itself). The atmosphere already feels elevated, and with the pace of construction, it’s clear this place is going to be something special very soon. Looking forward to returning next month to see the finished product!
