10.0Everything you read from the reviews is true. The guesthouse is super well located on Newbury street, arguably the loveliest street in Boston, in the heart of Back Bay, an extremely lovely brownstone neighborhood. The guesthouse is super cozy and comfy, and beautifully decorated. No breakfast is offered but you are basically in the middle of everything so great opportunity to explore around. Parking is convenient as well. Cannot be happier with the guesthouse

Lovely Inn in a Great Location
10.0Boutique-style inn with excellent staff and very comfortable beds. Front desk staff was so warm and helpful - it really made our first visit to Boston a positive experience! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. You can't beat the location! Restaurants and shops were all around, but it was also easy to walk to museums, the public gardens, the Freedom Trail, public transit, and the Hop On/Hop Off City tour trolley. Just be aware: no breakfast and no in-room coffee machine (although the hotel provides several coffee and tea options in the lobby all day long).

7.0What I loved most about Newbury Guest House was its perfect location in the heart of Back Bay. The hotel is charming, clean, and comfortable, with friendly staff who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Everything is within walking distance, including great restaurants, cafés, shopping, and many of Boston’s main attractions. It offers a genuine Boston experience!
− What I did not like was that the hotel does not offer breakfast, which was somewhat inconvenient. The rooms were on the smaller side, especially if you have large suitcases, and the stairs can be challenging for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues.
