8.0Excelente localização. Limpeza primorosa. Conforto e tamanho do quarto excelentes.
− O café da manhã , deixou muito a desejar. A qualidade da padaria foi muito aquém do esperado , sentimos falta de alimentos regionais , tais como : pão delícia , bolo de carimã , bolo de tapioca , cuscus , beiju ; produtos zero lactose ,iogurte e leite desnatados. Como as tapiocas doces , salgadas e os omeletes eram feitos na mesma chapa , as tapiocas doces ficavam com gosto de cebola . Não foi uma boa experiencia!

− A borda da piscina é em granito liso, e isso pode causar acidentes por escorregão. Sugiro atenção, e que o hotel deixe o local antiderrapante. Outra coisa foi o frigobar abastecido apenas com 4 águas e 01 coca, todos em lata, e 01 barra de prestígio. Mais nada. Esperava mais...., especialmente pelo quarto que peguei.

7.0Do funcionário Genivaldo muito atencioso e gentil. Café da manhã muito bom.
− Pedi 3 dias para limpar o quarto e não foi limpado nem um dos dias, precisei ligar na recepção para mandarem papel higiênico que nem tinha no quarto, pois a camareira não fez nada no quarto durante os 4 dias que estive no hotel. A limpeza apenas foi frustante.
