7.0Property was very clean, beds were comfortable. Parking lot was well lit at night.
− The tv wouldn't work, it would not connect to the satellite. When we tried calling down to the desk, we found the room phone was broken.

Excellent comfort and cleanliness, staff is very courteous and helpful.
9.0− Room 223, the door lock would not allow entry by pushing the handle down...... after 3 tries with the staff person on duty, we figured out that the door would open, but only if the handle was pushed UP...... I've used these same door locks in other hotels, and they always worked fine by pushing the handle down - so what gives ??? Also, the TV signal died at about 10 pm, and the next morning it was still dead ......
We stayed here for Oshkosh 2025.
