Overall everything was okay.
8.0I liked the location, it was quiet, the cleanliness, and food. The first room smelled like smoke and we were moved to a nicer room. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
− I didn’t like the parking being a couple blocks down from the property. I wished the room had a microwave in it. And my daughter fell in the tub due to an incline or slope in the middle of the tub. But it did have a handle to use inside the tub.

10.0Room was clean, ac worked well. Staff was so polite and kind. Great location for the conference I was attending. It was a great value! If we come back to New Orleans we will be staying again!
