− Não é um hotel 5 estrelas. Quatro no máximo. O staff da recepção é simpático, mas os outros não. Café da manhã muito muito muito fraco.

4.0− Infelizmente, nossa experiência no hotel não foi muito boa. O principal problema foi a demora absurda dos elevadores. Em algumas ocasiões, esperamos mais de 20 minutos para conseguir um elevador. Outro ponto que nos decepcionou foi o fato de o hotel não ter uma manta ou cobertor extra disponível quando solicitamos. É difícil entender como um hotel não consegue atender a um pedido tão básico. De modo geral, nossa experiência ficou muito abaixo das expectativas.

10.0Localização maravilhosa, na melhor região do Itaim Bibi. Tudo o que o hotel oferece, é de boa qualidade. Cama gostosa com boa roupa de cama, boas toalhas, secador de cabelo Taiff excelente, chuveiro com ducha forte e bem quente. Smart TV com os principais aplicativos, boa internet, café da manhã excelente, funcionários educados e prestativos. Quarto silencioso.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
