Cigarette smoke in the morning..
6.0I enjoyed the hotel it was clean and the desk person was nice. I didn't like the smell of the cigarette smoke in the morning. It was pretty strong and I think it was coming from the vent of the air conditioner. If you don't mind the morning smoke. It's a good place otherwise..
Run don’t walk away from this absolute dump
2.0We booked a room here and oh boy were we dead wrong….we didn’t actually stay the night because the minute we saw the place we pulled our reservation…there’s homeless drug addicted zombies everywhere….the weird Indian guys running the place are about as useful as a football bag….the two we met behind the front desk were yammering into cell phones, rude and creepy…the place smelled like a soiled diaper and was filthy…and this is the front desk area…within seconds we left…we’re lucky we did t get bugs…DO NOT stay here…I’m pretty sure it’s a glorified crack house and shooting gallery.

8.0The national chains hiked their prices so high for the holiday weekend, I decided to give Colonial Motel a chance. I'm glad I did. Yes, the facilities are dated. But the room was clean; sparkling white bed linens; comfy mattress; plenty of electric outlets. The room could have used another lamp, but most motel rooms could. I will be returning when I'm in the area.
