− Room smelled like dead rat. Airconditioning barely worked. Took 4 hour's to cool room down.
The price is good just lacking on customer service

− No cleaning person came to change the sheets or get fresh towels and we called several times but nobody picked up in the front office

− My room had a mattress on one of the beds that had a huge dip in it thought I was falling in a hole. My towels were thin and stained! upon check out, I was told that there was 2 wash clothes and a hand towel was missing, I was not for sure if I had them in my dirty clothes or not! The manager was gonna keep my $50.00 deposit because of this. I went to the store and ourchased #2 Hand Towels (Thick large ones) #4 Wash Clothes (Matching Thick Large ones) brought them back gave them to her!! She then processed my refund on my card and mind you that has been three days ago and it still has not posted to my account !!!

− Holes in comforter and dirty and holes in linen and a swimming pool with no water and cats live in that pool.assistant manager was rude.i don’t recommend this hotel
