A Perfect Wedding Rehearsal Dinner!
10.0We recently hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner, for 40 guests, in the banquet room at the Hilton Garden Inn – Wooster, OH, and it was absolutely perfect. The entire experience set a wonderful tone for the wedding weekend. Why We Highly Recommend This Venue: • Attentive staff: The team anticipated our needs and kept the evening running smoothly. • Accommodating service: They effortlessly handled last-minute seating changes without any hesitation and made helpful suggestions. • Delicious food: Every dish served was fresh, flavorful, and highly praised by our guests. Using the Hotel’s caterer made the process easy. • Beautiful ambiance: The room setup provided a warm, intimate atmosphere perfect for a celebration. The flawless service and great food made for a special night completely stress-free and memorable.
Awesome guest experience and cookies at the front. Had a wrong booking date and Laney was able to help us though it.
10.0Laney helped us rebook our 3rd part reservation, I booked it for the wrong dates and she was patient and kind as we worked though it for us to be able to stay at the correct dates. I can appreciate it as we travel for work and needed a nice place to stay.
The overall stay was great
10.0I was disappointed that the bar and restaurant was closed for the weekend. I didn't realize that breakfast wasn't free
Great quick stay
10.0We walked in after a long day of driving and after a few minutes, was welcomed by a friendly face! We were able to get a room without a problem. The super friendly woman at the desk recognized that we were exhausted and gave us a room away from the elevator in order to relax and sleep. The room was clean and the a/c-once we looked at the thermostat-was cranking. The water was hot and the bathroom spotless. I love the new bath products by the way. Should have the liquid hand soap by the sink but that’s just an idea!
Great Meeting
10.0Araenae was very helpful as was the entire staff! This was a clean comfortable and relaxing environment for our team and clients. If using the Gazebo room I suggest requesting that the temperature be turned down the night before as the HVAC system could not keep up once we were all gathered. Since we are headquartered in Wooster we intend to book again.
