− Ein kleines Zimmer, nur ein Stuhl für zwei Personen, mini Gläser und Kaffeetassen. Keine Dusche, nur Badewanne, das geht gar nicht mehr. Bezahlen über Alfred ging erst auch nicht, nur nach nochmaliger Anfrage. Die Fahrräder mussten leider draußen stehen. Einchecken per E-Mail ab 13:00 Uhr mitgeteilt, code ging aber erst nach 14:00 Uhr. Bei Anruf hat der Mann am Telefon sehr schnell englisch gesprochen, ich habe wenig verstanden, bei Nachfrage har er einfach aufgelegt und ich stand da wie abgebügelt. Wir hatten eine Woche vorher ein viel größeres Zimmer zum gleichen Preis.

− The staff asked me to pay in advance without using booking.com. I wasn't prepared to do this. When I arrived in Kolin before 4pm the office was shut. I rang them, told them I had cash to pay them and could they help me stay with them. They said I could no longer stay with them. They still took the money out of my account. I would avoid booking here. The staff were rude and did nothing to help me.

7.0Very spacious, great location, easy check-in and check-out. If you’re looking for something that is affordable and simple, this is a great pick.
− Maybe a little noisy at times, but there was a major event around the corner on the night of my stay and with the windows closed, it was not too bad in the end.

9.0Ubytování bez snídaně, ale v přilehlých ulicích je několik možností, kde se dá pořídit chutná snídaně. Vše čisté, kvalitní lůžkoviny. Pokoj byl tak velký, že jsme si mohli vzít kola dovnitř :-)
− Self check-in přes aplikaci Alfréd je velmi nepraktické, byly technické problémy s placením. Ale majitel pomohl.
