Average at best, Don’t recommend and won’t be back.
3.0The outdoor facilities like the tennis court and the pétanque area were nice, but the toddlers pool was dirty and needed more water (ankle deep), waterline showed it had been fuller at some point. The spa pool was tepid.
− Booked months in advance and specifically requested to be next to family. This was acknowledged at the time, however it was not honoured, and there was no communication beforehand to advise it couldn’t be accommodated. We were placed in a lower-standard room with an outdated bathroom and a fixed shower that wasn’t practical for washing a toddler (and flooded the bathroom). The bathroom window also faced the main driveway with no blind, which felt like a complete lack of privacy. Our outdoor area opened directly onto the driveway, making it unsafe and unusable with a young child, while other units had proper shared outdoor spaces — which is what we had requested when booking. When we raised concerns at reception, they were dismissed with no attempt to resolve. We were told we should have booked direct if we wanted flexibility, however this was never communicated to us despite our request being acknowledged at the time of booking. For the price paid, this fell well short of expectations.

7.0We loved the location so close to town. Loved you got to use the local gym.
− We booked the two bedroom apartment for good room space. But we found the sofas incredibly uncomfortable to sit in. One of the sofas spring I think is actually broken. Also didn’t realise it was a family oriented motel. So many kids yelling and screaming. Didn’t use the spa because all the kids were always in it. Great for families not just an older couple. I would recommend to families.
