10.0We loved our room! It was perfect when we walked in. The staff were warm and helpful. We stayed with our 15-month old, and they enjoyed running around the room, having snacks in our balcony. The hotel provided us with a playpen, which was much more convenient than packing our own for sleeping.

9.0An excellent location near town on a quiet street. Loved the balcony for the mountain view while sipping a Nespresso Espresso! Daily espresso from the Nespresso machine was lovely. Easy to park. Has an attached Italian restaurant. Front desk staff are a delight. Highly recommend this location.

7.0Very nice rooms and very clean. Close to the main street in Waterton and parking available onsite.
− The heating/cooling systems in the rooms are strange to say the least, it was quite hot in the room during our stay in the summer despite having the thermostat turned down to lowest settings. You have to somehow balance AC and heating to reach a normal temperature....

− While the main bedroom had air conditioning the main sitting area did not. Our room was very hot on arrival and we were only able to cool the bedroom down.
