2.0their check-in time is only from 5pm to 7pm. They don't even have a number to call after those hours. We lost all our money. horrible customer service. Expedia should remove this place from their website.

Grimaud holiday.
8.0Loved our first stay in Cote D’Zur and the facilities were very clean. Only a couple of things that improve any future stay. 1 air con. We only had a fan in our apartment and it wasn’t enough to be honest. If we had any little ones it would have been a lot worse for them. 2 there is no lounge or bar to sit at in the evening. Not that I am a big drinker but it would be good to mingle outside of your apartment. 3 there is a local grocery store outside the resort but we only happened on it by chance. A little heads up about it and directions would be beneficial. Overall a great holiday and I intend to return next year.

8.0Property itself is outstanding and so is the location. One issue is that the pool staff are overly protective of the rules meaning they come up to families all around the pool and it can be conceived as rude
