6.0Outdoor pool, locations outside of the city; everything is accessible still. Mini kitchen with some utensils, pans, strainers and plates.
− Had an issue with the toilet and she shower knob feel off when turning the temperature. Also, you have to pay $10 for parking each day. A little outdated and an odd smell. Bed was uncomfortable.
The facility is an older building, but well maintained and clean.
7.0The kitchen facilities were better furnished than expected. The room was spacious.
− The adjoining door to the adjacent room was not well sound sealed and activity there was pretty noisy.

1.0Nothing. DONT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO RISK YOUR MONEY.
− This property literally allowed me to pay $241 to book it for one night then immediately after booking it I got messages from the host telling me the property is not available for the night and they don't even allow one night bookings so she wasn't sure why I was able to book it. Meanwhile I'm on the phone with customer service trying to get my money credited to my account so I can use it right away to book somewhere else because that was literally all Of my money at the time well that wasn't Gonna happen customer service said I wouldn't get my money back for 7-10 business days!!!! I ended up having to sleep in the car with my dogs that night. If the property wasn't available I shouldn't have been able to spend my money on it and if they don't allow one night bookings I shouldn't have been able to book it. All because they didn't handle their availability correctly I got basically stolen from and a "sorry for the inconvenience" even the supervisor didn't do anything about it all they did was offer to pay the difference of a room if I ended up paying for a more expensive place to stay that night but I couldn't use the $240 I had already spent they would just have added the difference to my refund that I'd be getting in a week in a half but that was all of my money so I couldn't book anywhere else let alone somewhere more expensive.
