Very pleasant n good stay and would definitely stay in Cordis again when i visit HKG next.
8.0Location was excellent, lots of eateries everywhere, esp within the same building. Room is clean n good, only a bit small but can't help that as HKG is short of space. Love the housekeeping staff from Indonesia who speaks Cantonese (so sorry i can't remember her name, something like Yang2 or Yoon2,), she was very attentive n helpful. We like Marcus also who came to our needs to make us comfortable. Also kudos to Tai Chi Master, who had such patience in explaining the certain moves of our training. Your gym is very well equipped. Concierge was friendly and very helpful too.
− Water in the room was not enough and as we are seniors, it would be a hassle esp when one can't walk much to have to go all the way down to Level 1 just to get water, but Marcus was very good in catering to our needs n sent enough water to us. Even when we asked for the rubber mat for the slippery bathtub, he took action rightaway.

10.0Location was ideal for easy access to mall shopping or street market shopping. Front desk was very efficient and assisted us in our inquiries and gave good suggestions and recommendations. Our check in was taken cared of by Baby Lyn. Room is very comfortable with everything needed readily available. Air is constantly filtered in the room and even in hallways with air purifiers strategically positioned in multiple points. Breakfast is adequate in comfortable dining room with very watchful servers. Special mention goes to Eula who attended to our needs
