7.0Séjour de deux nuits. Super piscine. Logement un peu vétuste. Il manquait un jeu de drap et une couette dans la chambre à notre arrivée. Lorsque je l'ai signalé à l'accueil, il me les a donnés dans les bras et j'ai dû les rapporter jusqu'à l'appartement moi même. Grosse odeur de cigarette dans la moitié de l'appartement. Quand je l'ai signalé à l'accueil, ils n'en avaient rien à faire...

− Filthy dirty rooms. We had two rooms, both setup like dormitories. Cold showers every single day. Useless WiFi. Bad food- flies and ants on the food

− Une signalétique insuffisante !!! Pas vraiment adapté aux PMR Manque des panneaux demandant aux propriétaires de chiens de ramasser les crottes ! Seulement 3 activités comprises dans le prix puis payantes c’est dommage !

Pont-Royal Village offers a wide range of parent-child activities organised by professional entertainers. During French school holidays, activities take place Monday to Friday, and on weekends outside school holidays. Families can enjoy creative workshops, mini-disco dance sessions, treasure hunts, escape games, sports tournaments, artistic activities such as face painting, mascot meet-and-greets, and creative crafts. Some events may include sweet surprises offered by partner brands. Children remain under the supervision of their parents. The weekly programme is available via the digital welcome booklet and may vary from week to week.
Rates include bed linen, bath linen, household linen (one bath mat and one dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning excluding the kitchen area and dishes, basic WiFi access for up to five devices, access to swimming pools, playgrounds and sports complexes (excluding tennis and archery), as well as daytime and evening entertainment such as fitness sessions, contests, themed events and family activities. Charges and taxes are included, excluding tourist tax and any application or handling fees.
Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
The village offers several aquatic areas, including heated and non-heated swimming pools open from April until the end of October, with the wave pool operating until the end of August. Guests can also enjoy the heated Rochers swimming pool, featuring a paddling pool and a landscaped sunbathing area, open from 4 July to 31 October.
Opening hours are 09:30 to 20:00 in July and August, 10:00 to 18:00 from September to mid-October, and 10:00 to 17:30 during the French autumn school holidays. Sun loungers and parasols are available, subject to availability. Aquamove, a complimentary activity accessible to all guests, is available during the summer holidays.
