1.0We had a confirmed reservation, yet upon arrival the hotel informed us that no room was available. This is completely unacceptable. We had to find and pay for alternative accommodation ourselves. Despite both Booking.com and us contacting the hotel, they have not responded or taken responsibility. It is unacceptable that the payment has still not been refunded. I cannot recommend this hotel.

10.0La localisation de l'hôtel qui est juste parfaite. On accède au centre à pied. Le personnel est très avenant, la chambre spacieuse et surtout très propre.
